Shipping

All orders are shipped from Helsinki, Finland.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Please note that delivery estimates do not include possible delays caused by customs clearance.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to import customs duties.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, including destinations such as the United Kingdom, Norway, United States and Canada, local customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply depending on the destination and order value.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Luxsite has no control over charges imposed by local customs authorities.

Please note that customs clearance may occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.

If a shipment is refused or left unclaimed due to unpaid customs charges, any costs incurred in returning the shipment may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition as received. Items must be unworn, unused and unaltered, with all Luxsite and original tags, accessories and packaging included where applicable.

Please handle all items with care while deciding whether to keep your purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at info@luxsite.fi within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number in your message.

Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is incorrect or materially differs from its description.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item. Luxsite is not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.

For returns from outside the European Union, the parcel must be clearly marked as a returned item. Any customs charges incurred due to an incorrectly declared return may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the return is due to an error on our part.

If an item is returned in a condition that shows use, damage, missing tags or otherwise diminished value, the refund may be reduced where permitted by applicable law.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or believe your order has been damaged during delivery, please contact info@luxsite.fi as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
